The service

Professional Photoshoot AI generates professional-style headshots from photos you provide, using AI image models. Generation and revisions are paid for with credits purchased in advance. Because outputs are AI-generated, results vary — a generation that completes is considered delivered even if you don't love the look; revisions exist for exactly that reason. If a generation fails outright, its credits are automatically returned.

Your photos and your rights

• You may only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you their explicit permission. Never upload photos of someone else without their consent.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You own your generated headshots and may use them anywhere, personal or commercial.
• How we handle your photos and data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to impersonate another person, create misleading likenesses of someone without their consent, or produce unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Credits and payments

• Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and don't expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Credit purchases are refundable within 14 days to the extent the credits are unused; contact us.
• Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
